Fly High Cabin Crew Academy
Fly High Cabin Crew Academy is the FIRST company in Poland offering comprehensive training for those dreaming of a career as a Flight Attendant.
The company was established in June 2018, with the first training sessions held in September 2018. Since then, our signature course, “Become Cabin Crew,” has gained significant popularity among candidates aspiring to join airline cabin crew teams.
Our “Become Cabin Crew” program was developed to not only familiarize participants with the requirements of popular airlines but also to let them experience various aspects of the Cabin Crew role firsthand.
Since 2018, we have continually expanded our offerings. We have developed additional training programs, such as English for Cabin Crew, Cabin Crew Makeup, and VIP Flight Attendant & Service Excellence.
We have established business contacts with various airlines, allowing our training participants to enjoy special recruitment privileges.

Owner and trainer at Fly High Academy, Marta has 13 years of experience in the aviation industry with both national and private airlines, covering scheduled and charter flights. She has served as cabin crew and as a specialist in PR and product development for airlines.
